STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

2. Applicability

Only these terms govern the contractual relationship between Alsvid Pharma BV and the buyer who acknowledges accepting them.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed via the Alsvid Pharma website or other authorized sales channels. Alsvid Pharma reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect price listings or other errors.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency as indicated on the website. Payment must be made via the offered payment methods at the time of the order. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT rate according to EU OSS regulations will be specified on the official invoice you receive after purchase.

5. Delivery

Alsvid Pharma strives to deliver orders within the indicated timeframe but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control. Shipping costs are indicated during checkout and depend on the chosen delivery method.

6. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the delivered products transfers to the Customer after full payment is received by the Seller. The risk related to the products transfers to the Customer at the time of delivery.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are in unopened and undamaged condition. The buyer is liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the characteristics and proper functioning. Returns are at the customer's expense and risk, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Complaints and Warranty

Alsvid Pharma offers a warranty on the quality of its products as described in the product information on the website. Complaints about the quality of products must be reported to Alsvid Pharma within 14 days of discovery.

9. Liability

Alsvid Pharma's liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the relevant products. Alsvid Pharma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

Alsvid Pharma respects its customers' privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Personal data is used only for processing orders and improving Alsvid Pharma's services. Personal data provided by the buyer in the context of an order is stored in an automated file. 11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

All amounts are payable in cash in Veurne. Any unpaid amount will be increased by law and without notice with an interest of 12% per year and a lump sum compensation of 10%, with a maximum of 2,000 €, unless the application of the law leads to a higher interest or lump sum compensation.
