The General Terms and Conditions of Alsvid Pharma for the sale of food supplements are as follows: 
  1. Applicability  
    1. Only these terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Alsvid Pharma BV and the buyer, who acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
  3. Orders
    1. Orders can be placed through the Alsvid Pharma website or other authorized sales channels. 
    2. Alsvid Pharma reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect price listings or other errors.
  5. Prices and Payment    
    1. All prices are listed in the currency specified on the website. 
    2.   Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at the time of ordering.
  7. Delivery  
    1. Alsvid Pharma aims to deliver orders within the specified time frame but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.
    2. All amounts are payable in cash in Veurne.
  9.  Transfer of Ownership 
    1. Ownership of the delivered products transfers to the Customer once full payment has been received by the Seller. 
    2. Risk associated with the products transfers to the Customer at the time of delivery.  
  11. Returns and Exchanges  
    1. Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in unopened and undamaged condition. The buyer is liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics and functionality. 
    2. Returns are at the customer's expense and risk unless otherwise agreed.  
  13. Complaints and Warranty  
    1. Alsvid Pharma offers a warranty on the quality of its products as described in the product information on the website.   
    2. Complaints about product quality must be reported to Alsvid Pharma within 14 days of discovery.
  15. Liability  
    1. Alsvid Pharma's liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant products.  
    2. Alsvid Pharma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 
  17. Privacy  
    1.  Alsvid Pharma respects its customers' privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
    2. Personal data is used only for processing orders and improving Alsvid Pharma’s services.  
    3. Personal data provided by the buyer in connection with an order is stored in an automated file. This information may be used by Alsvid Pharma for advertising purposes, providing information to the buyer, and tracking orders. For more information, please refer to the privacy policy.
  19. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution  
    1.  All amounts are payable in cash in Veurne.
    2.  Any unpaid amount will, with respect to a business, be increased by operation of law and without notice of default by interest of 12% per annum and a lump-sum compensation of 10%, with a maximum of €2,000 unless the application of the law leads to a higher interest or lump-sum compensation. In that case, the highest permitted amount applies.  
    3. For any amount unpaid on the due date, with respect to a private client/consumer, after the term of 14 calendar days following the first free reminder, default interest will be owed from the calendar day following the day a notice of default was sent until payment is received, calculated at an annual interest rate of the reference rate plus eight percentage points as per Article 5, second paragraph, of the Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions (the current interest rate can be consulted via: https://financien.belgium.be/nl/over_de_fod/structuur_en_diensten/algemene_administraties/thesaurie/rentevoet_betalingsachterstand_handelstransactiesFor questions or comments about these terms, please contact Alsvid Pharma. 
    4. Only Belgian law applies, and the courts of the district of the seller's registered office have jurisdiction.
  21. Final Provisions  
    1. If any provision of these invoice terms is found to be invalid or voidable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
    2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms. Amendments take effect 30 days after notification to the Customer.

By placing an order with Alsvid Pharma, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
